Online bidding:
- Full online terms and conditions can be found at www.Sold864.com. You must agree to and adhere to these terms prior to receiving a bid number.
- If you cannot legally own a firearm... DO NOT BID.
Onsite bidding:
- If you cannot legally own a firearm... DO NOT BID.
- 13% buyer's premium applies - a 3% discount will be extended for cash or check purchases.
- Sales tax will be charged on all purchases - a valid FFL will be required for all non-taxable firearm purchases.
- All ATF rules apply - Form 4473 will be completed by all firearm buyers. Background checks will be conducted onsite.
- Firearm purchases will be entered into the name registered for the bid number only - any other name alteration could constitute a straw purchase, which is illegal under ATF rules. Husbands, wives or partners should all register with separate bid numbers if firearms are to go in different names.
- All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied, and with all faults.
- The catalog was created based on information provided and by information from sources deemed reliable - buyers should conduct their own inspection or request additional information PRIOR to bidding on ANY lot in this or any auction.
- We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to auction time.
- Any announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any previous verbal, printed or electronic media.
Shipping and pickup of items:
- Our shipping department will ship all firearms to the winning bidder's FFL dealer at the bidder's expense.
- Please have your FFL dealer fax their FILE COPY to 800-295-8758 or email to Office@MPA-SC.com. We CANNOT ship firearms to you until we have this information in hand.
- Ammunition shipping - if your state requires us to ship ammunition to an ammunition vendor (California is an example) we need that information faxed to us at 800-295-8758 or emailed to Office@MPA-SC.com,
- Smaller items and one-off purchases will be packaged and shipped by our shipping department. Larger items and purchases will be shipped by the UPS Store in Greenville, SC.
- Pickup of items is available at our office - 315 Eastview Road, Pelzer, SC
- Monday - Thursday: 9-12 or 1-4 pm
- No weekend pickups
- For fastest service, please schedule with Pam at 864-947-2000 (ext 0)
- With the amount of ATF background checks on Black Friday, it is advised to schedule your pickups the week following the auction.
