Shipping Information: No furniture or large items will be shipped. These items must be picked up at our auction gallery at 315 Eastview Road, Pelzer, SC 29669. Smaller and boxed items will ship from our auction gallery at the buyer's expense.
Auction Information: The opening portion of the auction features approximately 95 lots from Addy’s Dutch Pub, including an impressive assortment of European-branded beer glassware from Grolsch, Amstel, Heineken, Peroni, Stella Artois, Leffe, La Trappe and others. You'll also find antique-style draw-leaf pub tables, vintage brass beverage towers, pub décor, commercial display figures, lighting, vintage radios and turntables, vinyl records, barware and other unique pieces.
Among the standout Addy’s items are promotional steins from the 1st Annual Addy’s Jazz Festival and a 10-foot traditional oak church pew that was used inside the pub—two great pieces of Greenville history for former patrons, collectors and local businesses. And the auction doesn't stop with Addy’s!
The second half shifts heavily into brewing, winemaking, fermentation and specialty equipment. Highlights include Northern Brewer and MoreBeer! homebrewing equipment, wine-making kits, glass carboys and bottles, recipe kits, a KegLand FermZilla conical fermenter, Blichmann Engineering HellFire burner, Northern Brewer Gigawort electric brew kettle, temperature controllers, fermentation supplies and assorted brewing hardware.
The catalog also contains an extensive assortment of laboratory and testing equipment, including Pyrex, Kimax, Karter, Fisher, Humboldt and other laboratory glassware; electronic balances; ultrasonic cleaners; mixers and homogenizers; centrifuge equipment; pumps; filtration equipment; Erlenmeyer flasks, test tubes, vials and much more.

Participation Requirements: A valid credit card is required for bidding approval. A $250 authorization will be charged to your credit card for verification. This will drop off within 24 hours.
Credit Card Payments: If you pay with a credit card, we will add a 3% convenience fee to your invoice. This amount can be eliminated with cash payments (local bidders only) or payment via ACH paylink.

Checkout Date and Times: You will be notified at the end of the auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged.

All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time. Please send any specific questions to our email address or call us for more information. All sales final.

- Meares Property Advisors has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Absolutely NO refunds will be offered.
- FOR ONLINE BIDDING: There is an 18% Buyer's Premium added to your total purchase.
- All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept major credit cards, ACH, certified checks, and wire transfers only. - Our online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email the next business day. All items will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to online auction start time. The invoice you receive after the auction will be used for billing.
- In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Meares Property Advisors and the bidder throughout any transactions.
- The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month is added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Greenville County, South Carolina.
- The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser.
- The auction company shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer.
- All sales are final.
- By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.
- The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.
