All firearm purchases require a government 4473 form filled out by the buyer. All out of state purchases will be shipped, unless otherwise noted, cheapest route (usps or Fedex) at buyer's expense. All firearms have to be shipped to an FFL dealer. Please email a copy of the FFL with buyer name and or paddle number to; firearms@mpa-sc.com. Even if you have purchased from us in the past, we need a copy for each time you purchase!
