Pickup of items: There is only one pickup day - there will be no other options, so please keep this in mind when bidding:
- August 4, 2021 from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm. You will receive a text and email where you can schedule your pickup time - first come, first served. Please do not arrive at the home without scheduling your pickup appointment.

If you do not pickup your items, they will be abandoned with NO REFUNDS and you will be auto-declined from all of our future auctions. We have had TOO MANY bidders not show up for pickups.

We will not bring items back to our auction gallery. MOST OF THE ITEMS ARE PICKUP ONLY!

- This is an auction - bid accordingly!
- Most of the items in this auction are PICKUP ONLY - items that can be shipped are notated as such, so please read each lot.
- BRING LOADING HELP AND PACKING MATERIALS! Staff will not be available to help load or pack.
- We suggest professional movers and packers for the art, furniture and larger pieces - please schedule movers for the allotted pickup times.
- A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all sales.
- Buyers are required to pickup their items on the assigned pickup dates with NO EXCEPTIONS unless the items are being shipped.
- SC, NC and GA Bidders - per NCDOR and GADOR, we have to charge sales tax on all purchases unless you have a NC or GA resale certificate listed on your Proxibid account.
