Auction Dates: The auction runs from Tuesday, December 8th through Tuesday, December 15th - lots begin closing at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 15th. Bidders can place pre-bids or maximum bids at any time or can log in as the lots close and represent their bids in real-time.

Pickup is scheduled for Thursday, December 17th from 11:00 am-6:00 pm at the home located in Pelzer, SC. If you cannot make this pickup, please do not bid.
Shipping is available - no shipping for furniture or large lots.

- All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied.
- You must take ALL of the items in your lots. We are selling this home and items cannot be left behind.
- Any items not picked up on the pickup dates will be donated to a local charity with no refunds given.
- If your credit card is declined and you do not rectify when we contact you, you will be auto-declined for all future auctions.
