- Pick up for these items are on Tuesday, February 11th from 10 am until 4 pm ONLY.
- Please note some items are located in a walkout basement and will require steps or a steep hill for removal.
- The driveway is one way in and out, we can only allow 3 cars in at one time - first come, first serve.
- We ask if you purchase any of the larger items (Jukebox, Safe, Tool chest, Furniture, etc) please wait until the afternoon to pick up so smaller items can be moved out of the way. Please bid according to the description, there may be items in the picture that are NOT included in the lot you are bidding on, descriptions take precedence. If you have any questions about a lot, make no assumptions, please contact us PRIOR to bidding.
- Any items left after the pickup times will be considered abandoned unless they are being shipped. We cannot bring any items back to our office from this estate.
- Shipping - We will ship smaller items only!
- Large items including furniture, gaming machines, tool chest, and any flammable items such as paint, fuel cans, and propane tanks CANNOT be shipped.
- Again, if you have any questions about a lot, make no assumptions, please contact us PRIOR to bidding. The local UPS Store will handle shipping, and will contact you once your item(s) are ready to be sent.
