Items to include: This auction features nearly 300 lots of beautiful decorative items from the Mauldin, SC estate. Linda had a decorative eye and it showed in her home and previous homes. She won multiple decorative awards in the Fountain Inn and Mauldin areas. All items sell to the highest bidder. Pickup dates are FIRM - pickup in Simpsonville, SC, on April 23, 2024, 10:00-3:00 pm. For large items pickup will be April 24, 2024, 9:00-12:00 only. ALL items must be removed during the pick up window. If you cannot fulfill this obligation, please do not bid. Shipping of small items will be handled by The UPS Store in Taylors, SC.
