- A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid price.
- The winning bidder will be required to deposit a $500 cleaning deposit, which will be returned once the building has been left in broom-swept condition.
- This auction is strictly contents-only. It DOES NOT include any fixtures attached to the walls, floor or ceiling. It DOES NOT include any items used for ingress/egress (doors, windows, etc).
- The contents will sell to the highest bidder over the starting bid price.
- Winning bidder will be granted access to the building to remove items at their leisure. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 AT 2:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
