A thirteen percent (13%) buyer's premium will be charged on each item.  A three percent (3%) discount will be given for cash or approved check purchases.
All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied.
Firearms will be sold to the registered bidder ONLY - if you are buying a firearm, it MUST be registered to you.  An ATF 4473 background check will be completed on every firearm sold at this auction.  No exceptions.
