- PICKUP FOR THIS AUCTION IS WEDNESDAY, June 23rd from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm ONLY at the estate in Gaffney, SC... and NO, we can not reschedule another time for pick up, this is the only time! Any shipping will be handled by the UPS Store at the buyer's expense - no furniture, large items, large lots or heavy items will be shipped. BID ACCORDINGLY!
- BRING LOADING HELP AND PACKING MATERIALS! Staff will not be available to help load or pack.
- A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all sales.
- Buyers are required to pickup their items on the assigned pickup dates with NO EXCEPTIONS unless the items are being shipped.
- NC and GA Bidders - per NCDOR and GADOR, we have to charge sales tax on all purchases unless you have a NC or GA resale certificate listed on your Proxibid account.
